More room temperature stable reagents from qARTA BIO. This section highlights their PCR premixes - containing either qARTA Taq or qARTA Hot. These mixes are provided in either 200 or 400 reaction packs, where one reaction is assumed to be 25 l. All mixes contain pre-optimised levels of polymerase, dNTPs and MgCl2. Ready-to-load qARTA Taq MasterMixes additionally contain blue and yellow tracking dyes.
