The N& C-EB Kit has been developed for the extraction of cytoplasmic and nuclei fractions from cultured cells and tissues. The kit will allow a clean separation of cytoplasmic fraction from the nuclei for IEF/2D characterisation ,expression and transport studies. The nuclei fraction is solubilized in the reagents provided with the kit. The N &C-EB is based on Tris buffer, sodium & potassium salts and contains a mild detergent. Depending on application, additional agents such as protease inhibitors may be added into the NC-EBTM buffer.
