Fractionate complex protein or peptide mixtures into 12 or 24 discrete fractions. Based on the principle of iso-electric focusing, proteins or peptides can be isolated into their respective fractions which can then be analysed by mass spec or run on a 1D gel to determine which fractions contain the biomarkers of interest. Also compatible with i-TRAQ labelled peptides. |
