Tough-Tags are the pre-cut, peel-off, chemically inert labels which are sized to fit microcentrifuge tubes and other laboratory containers. Tough-Tags strongly adhere to all plastics and are designed to withstand steam-autoclaving, boiling water baths, freezer temperatures, organic solvents, caustic agents and other challenges without peeling or falling off. Tough-Tags are easy to use, simply mark the label with any writing instrument and press it onto the tube or container. The labels will not fall of even after shaking or vortexing. The labels are thin enough to slide easily in and out of centrifuge rotors without binding.

Sidewall Cryo-Tags withstand organic solvents, caustic agents, humid incubators, boiling water baths, refrigerator and freezer temperatures without peeling. These pre-sized labels (1.50 x 0.25 inch), fit perfectly onto the sides of standard microtiter plates, lids and petri dishes, allowing for visual identification of individual plates in a stack. Sidewall Cryo-Tags are available in roll format or convenient laser-printable sheets.

Temperature range -196°C to 70°C. Remain fully adhered down to -196°C (liquid and vapour phase nitrogen).

Polyolefin labels adhere to all plastics, glass & metals and resist detergents, oils solvents, caustic agents & other challenges without peeling or falling off.
Specially engineered Cryo-Babies and Cryo-Tags label sheets for laser printers accept black pigment-based inks and have been tested on a variety of Hewlett Packard and Apple laser printers. The heat-resistant, stay-flat sheets will not jam in laser printers.
