Prices
All prices shown on this website are subject to alteration without prior notice. Prices in effect at order date shall apply. For imported products, a surcharge may be levied in the event of major currency fluctuations.
All prices are ex-works, Crewe, and exclude VAT and carriage.
Payment Terms
Terms of payment are net 30 days from date of invoice.
Credit Card Security - When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Title
The title in goods sold to the Buyer by the Seller shall not pass to the Buyer until all sums due to the Seller from the Buyer (whether in respect of those goods or otherwise) have been paid to the Seller. If the Buyer defaults in paying any such sum the Seller shall be entitled to take such action against the Buyer as it may be entitled in law or in equity without further reference to the Buyer.
Warranty
The products are covered by the terms as specified in the relevant manufacturers Warranty.

Liability
Our products are intended for use in the laboratory and for drug, food or household use. Data and suggestions on this website are correct and reliable to the best of our knowledge and belief. We cannot, however guarantee this fact and cannot assume any responsibility with respect thereto. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Customer as a result of or in connection with any claim that the Goods infringe the intellectual property rights of any other person.
Shipping Discrepancies
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt and inform s within 3 working days of any damage or other discrepancies. In the case of non-delivery notification MUST be made within 7 days after receipt of our invoice.
Returns Policy
1. Stock Items Ordered In Error
Customers can return stock items ordered in error at no cost if returned within 14
days of receipt. A charge maybe applied for carriage.
2. Items Sent in Error
Any items sent in error can be returned and no cost.
3. Non-Stock Items Ordered in Error
Any item which is classed as a non-stock item can be returned if ordered in error
but a 25% restocking fee applies dependant on product.
4. Damaged goods Received
Any goods, which are received by the customer, which are perceived as
damaged, must be notified to Web Scientific within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Upon notification goods can be returned and upon receipt full warranty exchange
will be given. Failure to comply with this request may result in a delay of goods
returned.
5. Standing order Cancellation
Please allow 2 months notice for the cancellation of Standing orders. If non-stock
items have been brought into the company to ensure goods are received on time
a restocking fee may apply.
