Miniblotter systems are a unique range of manifolds that allow a gel membrane to be lined up so that each lane maybe challenged with a different anti-sera.
The systems are designed to save valuable time, effort and reagents. Within these multichannel instruments each antibody, probe, or other ligand is incubated separately on a parallel section of an intact membrane, eliminating the need to cut individual strips. The patented design assures no cross-contamination between channel, requires only microlitre volumes instead of millilitres. The detachable manifold allows you to rinse all channels simultaneously witha continuous stream of buffer, reducing washing time to seconds.

Miniblotter 20 Single - 20 channels, 350 µl each with Washing Manifold F1 20 channels (samples) per blot. Holds up to 350µl of antibody or probe solution per channel. Dimensions compatible with most minigel electrophoresis chambers: Channel dimension: 3.0mm x 5.5cm Blot width covered: 8.3cm Greater volume per channel for highest sensitivity detection of low affinity and low titer antibodies. Washing Manifold (F1) available for simultaneously washing of all channels. Results on a single membrane are compared easily without switching or breaking of strips. Instruments function with all detection methods (i.e., enzymatic, radioactive, chemiluminescence).

Similar to Miniblotter 20 - Single Unit, except that there are two sets of 16 channels so that two membrane blots can be placed between the Top and Bottom Plates allowing for the processing of up to 32 samples (16x2).

Minislot 10 and Miniblotter 100-28SL (max. 280 hybridizations)

For use in checkerboard DNA hybridizations and antibody blots. Up to 1350 independent hybridizations can be performed simultaneously on a single membrane using these instruments. Checkerboard hybridizations and antibody antigen interactions can be deteced by all conventional methods including enzyment conjugates, chemilluminescence and radiolabels.

Includes dual cassette shell for holding two disposable cassettes, miniwash manifold and 10 disposable cassettes Same features as the Single Unit except the unit can hold two cassettes allowing for the processing of 56 samples (28x2). Each disposable cassette has 28 enclosed reaction channels. Disposable cassettes prevent risk of carry-over from one assay to another. The enclosed reaction channels eliminate the possibility of cross-contamination between samples and safely contain potentially hazardous serum during assay.
