The reaction characteristics are more optimal as PCR components like TAQ polymerase, MGCI2, primers, probes and target DNA do not adhere to the optical plastic in the they they adere to glass. The result is more active components in solution and therefore a more efficient PCR, using fewer targets DNA.

Uniquely packaged in rack boxes for ease of use and storage. Each carton contains capillaries, caps and transfer pin for handling the capillaries easily and safely.
