BetterBuffer our first dye terminator dilution/reaction enhancer proved that sequencer users could get great results and make precious budgetary savings. This product is still in use by many labs worldwide. However since the introduction of newer versions of BigDyeTM (1.1 and 3.1) for some applications a new formulation was required. This is now available and fully tested for use with the latest dyes. BetterBase is a radical change in formulation that enhances the signal from the dyes.

It contains proprietary compounds that effectively boost the sequencing reaction. This means bigger peaks at higher dilutions.
