SDS Gels

SDS PAGE is the most frequently performed electrophoretic technique to separate proteins. To make life easier and to guarantee better results we offer our thin horizontal 'ready to use' SDS gels. These gels are easy to use striaght from the pack and are only 0.43mm thick. Mounted on a backing filim they are extremely easy to handle and they have a shelf life of 1 year.
Provided with our neutral pH buffer system these gel kits enable you to achieve superior separation for all SDS protein micelles than obtainable using traditional alkaline media. Each kit comes complete with all running and sample buffers, plus electrode wicks.
