The CasPASE Apoptosis assay kits monitor apoptosis by measuring caspase activity, which is acknowledged as a primary indicator of apoptosis. Assays can be monitored usin a fluorescence reader, spectrophotometer, or microplate reader. CasPASE™ assays are available for caspase enzymes 1-10 and 13. Each kit is supplied with assay buffers, enzyme specific AFC-substrate, free dye (AFC) and potent caspase inhibitor Z-VAD-FMK for establishing proper positive and negative controls and standards. Available as 50 or 100.
