dNTPs are the 'building blocks' for any DNA. Purity and stability of dNTPs are the essential factory for the successful PCR. All dNTPs offered are tested on the ability to synthesize amplicons at least 10kb in length.

A complete range of high purity nucleoside-5'-triphosphates in powder and ready to use solutions are available. dNTPs are available mixed, ready to use for PCR or other applications and in 100mM solutions in water (pH7.5) of ammonia and sodium salts of dATP, dGTP, dCTP, dTTP, dUTP.

Deoxynucleoside 5'triphosphates are chemically synthesized from deoxynucleoside 5'monophosphate, purified by Ion exchange and reverse phase chromatography (purity > 96%). dNTPs effectively direct PCR with amplicon size at least up to 10 kB. Each particular dNTP is free from the traces of other dNTP.
