| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Terms of payment are net 30 days from date of invoice. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, e-mail, Royal mail or over the Internet. | Shipping And Handling It is our policy to provide value for money at all times and as such we seek only to cover our costs of safe and secure delivery of our products in timely fashion. We can always provide such documentary proofs of delivery as demanded by you our customer. We do not have fixed charges that penalise small orders but apply such costs that are relevant to the size and packaging of the goods. Due to the nature of some products, particularly those needing Dry Ice shipment, we will on occasion ship direct from relevant manufacturing facility, some of which are outside the UK. | Returns Policy 1. Stock Items Ordered In Error Customers can return stock items ordered in error at no cost if returned within 14 days of receipt. A charge maybe applied for carriage. 2. Items Sent in Error Any items sent in error can be returned and no cost. 3. Non-Stock Items Ordered in Error Any item which is classed as a non-stock item can be returned if ordered in error but a 25% restocking fee applies dependant on product. 4. Damaged goods Received Any goods, which are received by the customer, which are perceived as damaged, must be notified to Web Scientific within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Upon notification goods can be returned and upon receipt full warranty exchange will be given. Failure to comply with this request may result in a delay of goods returned. 5. Standing order Cancellation Please allow 2 months notice for the cancellation of Standing orders. If non-stock items have been brought into the company to ensure goods are received on time a restocking fee may apply.
