A femtogram sensitive immunodetection system allowing users the option to detect proteins including hard-to-detect low abundance proteins. The system is based on an innovative formulation of luminol and 1,2 dioxetane supersensitive detection reagent coupled with a unique, proprietary combination of blocking agent (NAP-BLOCKER™) and washing buffer to ensure low background and high signal to background ratio. Optional horseradish peroxidase (HRP) or alkaline phosphatase (AP) conjugated secondary antibodies against mouse, rabbit, human, rat and goat are also offered for a complete chemiluminescence detection system.
