Description
Application - for bacteria that require a high electric field as some gram positive bacteria. Compatible with all top brand electroporators. 50% less sample required in the 1 and 2mm cuvettes thanks to a unique V shaped design enabling sample loading and pick up. Sterile - all cuvettes are supplied gamma irradiated to ensure total sterility. Totally consistent pulse generation - the aluminium electrodes have been chemically and physically cleaned to obtain a uniform surface. Furthermore the cuvettes are precision moulded on high quality polycarbonate. Bio-tested - all materials have been tested to optimise transformation efficiencies. In some specific cases further washing and treating is performed to maximise bio-compatibility for improved gene transfer.
