Continuous sampling for both Biological and Visual inspections are carried out hourly throughout the production process of these PCR plates. Each sample taken for QC then needs to pass a rigorous inspection process prior to the release of the goods from our factory. The biological testing includes DNase, RNase and Human DNA contamination, while visual inspections are carried out for leakage, uniformity of wall thickness and other potential design weaknesses that could reduce optimal PCR.
