qARTAoqPCR MasterMixes are available for dual-labelled probe and SybrGreen-type assays. As with the other qARTAoBIO reagents these qPCR reagents remain totally stable at room temperature for a whole month - meaning minimal packaging requirements and increased user confidence. Our EvaGreen mixes offer an alternative to Sybr Green - with the advantage that the dye is both more stable and more sensitive. Mixes are available with or without rox, the rox mixes containing a rox analogue that is suitable in any instrument requiring this passive reference.
