BE Antibody 4 (HRP Secondary): A goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody labeled with the horseradish peroxidase (HRP) enzyme.
HRP Substrate: A colorimetric substrate for detecting the HRP labeled antibodies, allows for color development directly on the membranes. Suitable for Western blot and ELISA.
Blocking Buffer (2X NAP-Blocker): For improved assay sensitivity, clean background, and a high signal-to-background ratio, ensures uniform blocking without non-specific binding. Simple to use. Supplied as a pre-made [2X] solution; simply dilute with any buffer and block nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes. Suitable for Western blot, Dot blot and ELISA.
Western Transfer Buffer (20X): A 20 times concentrated Tris, Glycine buffer that is optimized for increased transfer efficiency.
Protein Binding Membrane Strips: Precut nitrocellulose strips (6.5 x 0.8cm). Ideal size for Dot blot analysis.
Protein Binding Membrane: Precut nitrocellulose transfer membranes and padding for Western blot transfer procedures. Precut membranes are supplied sandwiched between filter paper. Simply soak the membrane in transfer buffer and assemble with the gel in a transfer cassette. 7.5 x 8.5cm size. Suitable for most transfer apparatus.
Assay Strips and Holders: 8-well strips of 200ml flat bottomed wells. Ideal for ELISA assays. Cost effective as individual strips can be used as opposed to a whole 96-well plate. Each holder holds 12 strips, sold separately.
